July 7-8

The last two days of vacation were spent in Maine at Acadia National Park and driving to Portland. Maine is such a beautiful state!

Photoshoot!

As if hiking wasn't enough , we also went and took some quick photos of the kids on Memorial Day evening. My goal was to take Nicole's two-year-old photos, and I took a few pictures of Jared as well. Nicole is so hard to photograph. She won't stay still and she won't look at me! I think we still got a few good ones anyway. This is the best one that I could get of them together. I let Jared pick out a shirt to buy for photos, and he picked out this bright yellow one. He loves yellow! These next two photos show Nicole's personality very well. Nate was telling her to look at the horse, and she was asking where?
