Nicole is 1 month old!

I can't believe my baby is one month old already!  It has gone by fast!  She is growing like a weed.  I weighed her at the lactation clinic the day before her one month mark and she was 10 pounds, 6.6 ounces.  She gained about 42 ounces (2.625 pounds) in one month!  Needless to say, she is a very good eater.  Here is other things about her:

*She started out as a good sleeper, and once we can get her to sleep, she is still good, but she is a little picky about how she has to fall asleep.  We are still working on figuring out what works best.  At least she accepts that sleep is a necessary thing, unlike Jared.
*She appears to be a night owl/not a morning person.
*She is overall a very happy baby, but just like Jared, when she is awake she wants to be walked around so she can see everything and becomes discontent if she is still for too long.
*She won't take a pacifier.
*She can roll from stomach to back.  The first time she did she was 2.5 weeks (May 24th) and she did it effortlessly.  Jared was born with the ability to roll as well.
*Despite her ability to roll over, she still isn't very good at holding her head up.
*Her umbilical cord fell out at 2.5 weeks (May 23rd)
*At her 2 week check-up, she was between the 90-95th %tile for length and head circumference, between the 80-90th %tile for weight.
*Last night she slept in her crib overnight for the first time.
*Just like Jared, she sleeps with her eyes open.
*She HATES her car seat.  This is super stressful because she has to be in her car seat and I can't comfort her while driving.
*She also hates sleeping on her back, but most of the time will tolerate it.

2 weeks!
2 weeks old.  I also have a picture like this of Jared.

Funny!

First bath May 27th!  She actually likes baths, unlike Jared did.

First time sleeping in crib (June 3rd)...it didn't last very long.

This is about as high as she can get her head.  She throws it over her arm and the weight of it pulls the rest of her body so she rolls over.
Smiley 3.5 week old baby!
