Nicole has been acting like she wants to eat solids, but I know she isn't ready because she still has a super strong tongue thrust reflex.  Plus, I prefer babies to feed themselves from the beginning, and she doesn't have the coordination to do that.  I gave her a plate and a spoon and she was SO HAPPY!  She just wanted to be like the rest of us!  She also saw me drinking from my water bottle and reached for it so I held it for her and she put her mouth on the straw and pretended to drink.  Such a smart and observant girl!

We went to DI and Jared found a garbage truck toy for $1.50.  He is in love.  He slept with it in is bed last night!
