December 2016

We closed on our house on December 2nd and moved in on December 10th!  Also, winter finally arrived...in full force.

Jared fell at recess and hit his head on a metal bar and had to get 6 stitches.  This was the same day that we closed on our house so we couldn't pick up our keys until the next day.

Sasha knew winter was coming and that it was going to get cold.

One of the first things we did when we moved was unpack the Christmas decorations!

We went to Utah and on the way home stopped in and visited Nate's grandpa.

Mom and Dad came for Christmas.

The world's most intense game of Jenga!

On Christmas Eve day, Dad, Mike, Brett, Jared, and Nate made a snowman (did I forget anybody?)  The snow wasn't good packing snow so they had to use buckets and water to make it more moldable.

Jared helped too!

Jared spent an entire day of Christmas break putting together a Lego set he got for Christmas.

Did you know that they get bathtubs into new construction houses by lifting it in with a crane?  Jared was fascinated.

During "snowmageddon" we pulled the kids in a sled around the new streets in the subdivision.
